Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

We are happy to offer free shipping across our entire product line for customers in the United States and Puerto Rico.  We strive to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receipt. We are currently using Fedex, UPS and USPS. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number included. If an order cannot be filled within the time frame of two business days, an email or phone call will advise you as to when the product(s) will ship. If there is a delay, you have the option of canceling your order and receiving a refund or allowing us to fulfill your order as soon as we are able.

Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to ship within the United States and Puerto Rico at this time.

Lost USPS package? Do not hesitate to contact your local USPS facility that services your address. Ask to speak with the Route Supervisor, provide the tracking number and request that a GeoScan be performed. This will share where the package was last scanned. In many cases the carrier put it in a place you have yet to find it. At worst, contact us and we will place the information on the USPS website: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Returns & Refunds:

At Tasty Worms Nutrition, we believe you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  So, you may return any products purchased from Tasty Worms Nutrition, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery.

Except in the case where the need to return the item is our error, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.  We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Refund Policy

We will refund your purchase price, minus any shipping costs paid on the initial order upon receipt of the item by our receiving department.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed by our team.  Refund will be provided via the payment method used on the initial order and may take up to 3 business days for them to process.
